Tom Truscott - Tech Assistant | The Leadership Team are responsible for running the committee meetings and generally making sure the committee runs smoothly. The Human Resources Department deals with helping out the committee, organising events and doings much of the general organisation of the committee The Finance Department handle of the café's finance, they keep track of how much money is being earned and spent, as well as budgeting and forecasting the café's money and income for future years The Volunteer's Department organise all of the volunteer's within the café, sorting out when they are volunteering etc - making sure everyone is happy and looked after! The Marketing Department Organise all of the meetings and other events with people outside the café - They are responsible for marketing and logistics The Stock Department make sure that the café always has everything they need - its their job to make sure we always have enough supplies so that we con run the café as best as we can! The Tech Department are responsible for all things technical: the running of this website as well as various other technical projects |
